Blue Lotus, sacred to the ancient Egyptians. The bright-blue flowers were not only desired for their delightful perfume, but also for the relaxation and heightened awareness.
To make tea, use about 1 Tbsp of petals per cup of hot water. Infuse almost boiling water into the tea pot, and allow it to infuse for about 5-7min.
Remember, overdoing the amount just makes the taste bitter and you loose the subtle flavour.
