To make Mugwort tea:
Use 20 grams of Dried Mugwort and 3 Litres of water.

1. Put water and dried mugwort leaves in a pan and heat until it boils.
2. When the water boils, simmer over low heat for 1 - 2 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat and strain the leaves with a tea net.
4. Enjoy your Mugwort tea with your favourite natural honey or stevia.
